HOW WE WORK

From business goals
to a working experience.

Every stage answers a different question. Open each step to explore how an idea becomes content, design and development.

01 / Discover & define

Understand the audience, their needs and the actions that matter to the business. Define goals, scope, success measures and dependencies before design begins.

02 / Structure the story

Map pages, user journeys and content hierarchy. Organize complex information so the core message and next action are clear.

03 / Design & build

Develop a visual language and consistent components, plan interactions and build for desktop and mobile. Consider accessibility, performance and content management throughout.

04 / Review & launch

Review layouts, navigation, forms and content against the agreed scope. Coordinate launch, transfer knowledge to the team and define next steps.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before we begin.

How do we start, and how long does a project take?

We begin with a discovery conversation and map goals, content and functionality. Milestones and timelines follow scope definition; duration depends on complexity and timely content and approvals.

Can our team update the website?

Content management is defined during discovery. We agree which areas are editable and plan clear structures, permissions and training within the chosen scope.

What should we prepare?

Business goals, audiences, brand assets, existing content, references and required integrations. If materials are missing, we agree who will prepare them.

What happens after launch?

Maintenance, updates and support responsibilities are agreed in advance. A follow-up phase can improve the site using usage data, feedback and evolving business needs.
